Subject: The order has stated the suspension (indefinite) of the trial in the case The Prosecutor vs Thomas Lubanga Dyilo, deeming that a fair trial against the accused person is no longer possible, because of the Prosecutor’s non-compliance with a former order issued by the same judge, who had ordered the prosecutor’s office to communicate, confidentially, to the accused person’s defence, the name and every other information connected to the identification of an intermediary used during the investigation;
