Subject: The Court once again finds itself dealing with the list of persons/entities whose funds have been frozen in the context of combating terrorism. According to the applicant, the decision 2006/379/EC has been annulled in so far as it concerns the Stichting Al-Aqsa Foundation. The Court noted that the rights of the defence and the right to effective judicial protection, and also the obligation to state reasons were not respected by the Council adopting the contested decision.
