Subject: The Court affirmed that the Netherlands has failed to fulfil its obligation under Directive 2003/109 by applying to third-country nationals, seeking long-term resident status in the Netherlands, to those who, having acquired that status in another Member State, are seeking to exercise the right to reside in the Netherlands, and to members of their families, excessive and disproportionate administrative charges.
