Subject: The Court dismissed the appeal, affirming that the application for legal aid drafted by the appellant was clear, precise, and legally well argued, bearing witness to his legal skills. Moreover the Court affirmed that the appellant was always considered responsible for the violations of electoral standards in the election and for this reason he was included in the list of persons subject to the restrictive measures. Considering that there was no substantial change to the grounds for continuing to include the appellant in this list, the Court concluded that there is no violation of his right of defence
