Subject: The Constitutional Court has quashed articles 3 and 4, paragraph 4, of law 10 May 2007 (law against discrimination) because, being in contrast with the Constitution, the ECHR and the Convention n°87 of the ILO, they do not consider trade union activity and organization among the reasons for discrimination.
